RubyRep crawls a business's website, converts the pages into a searchable knowledge base, and serves an AI representative that answers visitor questions from that knowledge — with a link to the source page. It answers only from the customer's own published content, and says it does not know rather than guessing.

## How it works

1. The customer submits their website URL.
2. RubyRep crawls same-domain pages, respecting robots.txt, and extracts readable text.
3. Text is split into passages, embedded, and stored for semantic retrieval.
4. Each visitor question retrieves the most relevant passages; the model answers only from those and cites the page.
5. Unanswered and low-confidence questions are surfaced to the owner to answer once.
