Turn your website into an AI representative.
RubyRep learns your whole website and answers your customers on it, 24/7.
Turns satisfied and total responses into a CSAT percentage, plus the gap to a benchmark you choose — never one we invent for you.
How it works
- 1
Enter how many survey responses you received and how many were satisfied.
- 2
Set your own benchmark rather than trust a number nobody can verify for your industry.
- 3
You get a CSAT percentage and exactly how far it sits from that benchmark.
Questions about this tool
- What counts as 'satisfied'?
- Whatever your survey scale calls top-box — a 4 or 5 on a 5-point scale, or a thumbs up on a binary one. Be consistent between the two numbers you enter.
- Why doesn't the tool tell me a good CSAT score?
- Because a single industry-wide number would be a guess dressed up as fact, and support quality varies enormously by sector and question complexity. Set your own target, or use last quarter's score as this quarter's benchmark.

What is deflection rate in customer support?
If a thousand people ask something in a month and seven hundred get what they needed without a person, deflection is seventy percent. It is the headline number for whether support automation is doing anything, and it is the number most often reported wrong.

What is containment rate?
Containment measures where a conversation ended up, not how it went. A conversation is contained if it never reached an agent — including one where the customer gave up. This makes it easy to report and easy to game: removing the handoff button raises containment immediately.
