Website support score

Enter a website and we'll read it, then score how ready it is to answer customer questions.

Free, no signup. We read publicly available pages and respect robots.txt.

Scores a website on how well it could support customers — and how well an AI representative trained on it would perform. Five dimensions, a total out of 100, and the specific gaps behind the score.

How it works

  1. 1

We fetch your homepage and follow internal links to a sample of your most useful pages.

  2. 2

Each page is checked for the things customers ask about: pricing, policies, contact routes, product detail and existing FAQs.

  3. 3

You get a score out of 100 across five dimensions, plus the specific gaps behind it.

Questions about this tool

What does the score actually measure?
Five things: how much substantive information your pages contain, whether you have FAQ-style content, how clearly your products or services are described, whether support and policy pages exist, and how easy you are to contact. Each is scored from the pages we read.
Do I need an account?
No. The score runs and displays without signing up, and the result has a shareable link.
Is a low score bad?
It usually means the information exists but isn't published as text a machine can read — for example pricing only inside a PDF or an image. The gap list tells you which.

industry

AI customer support for SaaS companies

SaaS support is dominated by questions your documentation already answers: what a plan includes, whether a feature exists, how an integration works. RubyRep reads your docs, pricing and changelog and answers those on the site, so trial users get unblocked in seconds instead of waiting on a ticket.

industry

AI customer support for ecommerce stores

Most ecommerce support is four questions wearing different hats: where is it, when will it arrive, can I return it, and will it fit. RubyRep reads your product pages and policies and answers them at the moment of hesitation, which is the moment the sale is won or lost.

use case

Answer customer questions from your own content

Answering questions well means answering them from something true. RubyRep retrieves the relevant passages from your site before it writes anything, and cites the page it used, so an answer can always be checked.
