What are your opening hours?
What gyms and studios need to publish
Members train around a job. Hours decide whether membership is usable at all.
How customers actually ask it
The same intent arrives in wording your page probably does not use. All of these mean the same thing:
- “What are your opening hours?”
- “are you open 24 hours”
- “bank holiday hours”
- “when do you close”
- “staffed hours”
What a complete answer contains
For gyms and studios specifically, an answer is only complete when it covers all 5:
- 1
Hours per day, with weekends stated separately
- 2
The difference between access hours and staffed hours, which frequently differ
- 3
Whether 24-hour access exists and on which membership
- 4
Bank holiday and seasonal variation
- 5
Last entry time, if earlier than closing
A worked example
Illustrative — not a real business
Open 6am-10pm weekdays and 8am-8pm weekends. Staffed 8am-8pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends; outside those hours access is by fob. 24-hour access is included on the annual membership. Last entry is 45 minutes before close. Bank holidays run weekend hours.
Which page should own it
Timetable / visit page
What silence costs
Prospects who cannot confirm they could train at the time they need do not join. It is the most basic disqualifier there is.

What is AI customer service?
AI customer service means answering customer questions with a language model rather than a person. The useful implementations are grounded in a specific business's own content; the poor ones let a general model improvise, which produces confident answers that are wrong.

What is a knowledge base?
Traditionally a knowledge base is a help centre humans read. For AI support it is the source material a representative answers from — which means an ordinary website, well written, can serve as one without a separate help centre.
use case
Answer customer questions from your own content
Answering questions well means answering them from something true. RubyRep retrieves the relevant passages from your site before it writes anything, and cites the page it used, so an answer can always be checked.
Does your site answer this already?
Point RubyRep at your website and ask it this exact question. If it cannot answer, neither can your customers.
