What can I do with this qualification?
What schools and course providers need to publish
For a vocational course this is the return-on-investment question, and it deserves data rather than adjectives.
How customers actually ask it
The same intent arrives in wording your page probably does not use. All of these mean the same thing:
- “What can I do with this qualification?”
- “career prospects”
- “employment rate”
- “do you help with jobs”
- “graduate outcomes”
What a complete answer contains
For schools and course providers specifically, an answer is only complete when it covers all 5:
- 1
Actual roles graduates have taken, named
- 2
Genuine outcome data with the source and year, or nothing at all — invented statistics are both dishonest and easy to catch
- 3
What careers support you provide, concretely
- 4
Whether placements or industry links are part of the course
- 5
Honesty about which roles need further qualification beyond this one
A worked example
Illustrative — not a real business
Graduates typically move into junior analyst and coordinator roles. Our most recent published outcome data covers the 2024 cohort and is available on request with the methodology. Careers support includes CV review and two mock interviews. Chartered status requires two further years of supervised practice, which this course does not itself provide.

What silence costs
Unverifiable outcome claims destroy trust with exactly the applicants who research most carefully. Publish real data or none.

AI customer support for schools and course providers
Admissions seasons concentrate a year of questions into a few weeks, and they are the same questions every year: entry requirements, deadlines, fees, term dates. RubyRep answers them from your own prospectus and admissions pages, at whatever hour a parent or applicant is actually researching.

What is AI customer service?
AI customer service means answering customer questions with a language model rather than a person. The useful implementations are grounded in a specific business's own content; the poor ones let a general model improvise, which produces confident answers that are wrong.

What is a knowledge base?
Traditionally a knowledge base is a help centre humans read. For AI support it is the source material a representative answers from — which means an ordinary website, well written, can serve as one without a separate help centre.
Does your site answer this already?
