Where will my property be advertised?
What estate and letting agencies need to publish
They know buyers search on the big portals, and they are checking whether your fee includes the exposure that actually sells the property. This is where cheaper agents differ and where the difference is invisible until it matters.
How customers actually ask it
The same intent arrives in wording your page probably does not use. All of these mean the same thing:
- “Where will my property be advertised?”
- “which portals”
- “do you use Rightmove”
- “photography included”
- “how do you market it”
What a complete answer contains
For estate and letting agencies specifically, an answer is only complete when it covers all 5:
- 1
Which portals the property is listed on, by name
- 2
Whether professional photography, floorplan and EPC are included or extra
- 3
Whether a video tour or drone footage is offered, and at what cost
- 4
How the listing is refreshed if it does not sell quickly
- 5
Whether it is emailed to a registered buyer list, and how large that list is
A worked example
Illustrative — not a real business
Every property goes on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, plus our own site. Professional photography, a floorplan and the EPC are included — no property goes live without them. A walkthrough video is £150. If there is no viewing activity in three weeks we refresh the photography and the listing rather than just reducing the price. Every new instruction is emailed to our registered buyers within 24 hours; there are about 1,800 on that list.

What silence costs
The seller cannot tell your fee from a cheaper one, so the fee becomes the only visible difference.

AI customer support for real estate
Property enquiries arrive at night and on weekends, and the first agent to reply usually wins the viewing. RubyRep answers questions about listings, fees and the buying or renting process from your own site, then hands warm enquiries to an agent with the contact options you set.

What is AI customer service?
AI customer service means answering customer questions with a language model rather than a person. The useful implementations are grounded in a specific business's own content; the poor ones let a general model improvise, which produces confident answers that are wrong.

What is a knowledge base?
Traditionally a knowledge base is a help centre humans read. For AI support it is the source material a representative answers from — which means an ordinary website, well written, can serve as one without a separate help centre.
Does your site answer this already?
Point RubyRep at your website and ask it this exact question. If it cannot answer, neither can your customers.
